I’ve been meaning to post these pictures of the Japanese dinner that I made. It ain’t perfect, but at least I tried. And we ate everything without getting upset stomachs later. LOL! Am I crazy if I think I can live in Japan because I like maki and tempura, haiku, origami, my first flower arrangement ever was ikebana, I prefer Nihongo over Mandarin, and I’d love to be in the midst of snow and cherry blossoms…
