French stuff rock!

The French Paradox. The observation that French people suffer a relatively low incidence of coronary heart disease despite their fondness of food rich in butter, cream, cheese and pork(which we may also call a high-saturated-fat diet).
Researchers have compared the French and American diets, the amount of saturated fat therein and the death rates associated with heart diseases and found that although the French diet is “richer” in saturated fat, there have been less deaths due to heart disease. They say this may be due to their regular consumption of red wine which somewhat counteracts the fat-rich diet and therefore saves them from dying from heart ailments.
So drinking a glass of red wine everyday may be our salvation from heart disease; but what if red wine is not for you(like it’s not for me!)? Good news! The natural substance in red wine that lowers the risk of heart disease, called resveratrol, is now available as Resveratrol Supplements. Although the effectivity of this new discovery is yet to be proven(may take 80 years to see if someone on the supplement lives long enough and free from heart disease), the choice is always yours to make: to try or not to try… For more information, hit this link for useful resveratrol supplements reviews.
